Constellation Brands is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team based in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at entry level with 0 years of experience. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our online chat platform, assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Monitor chat conversations and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills and project management abilities - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in using chat software and other digital communication tools - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Experience working remotely is an advantage
