Job Description - Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat on our website. 2. Assist customers with ticket purchases, event information, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 4. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide a seamless customer service experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Comfortable using live chat software and other customer service tools. 5. Must be confident, resilient, and have strong negotiation and leadership skills.
