Job Description:

Autoliv, a leading automotive safety company, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable and dedicated, with excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for engaging with customers online through live chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries. 2. Offer product recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. 4. Utilize persuasion and planning skills to upsell products and increase sales. 5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. 3. Reliable and dedicated work ethic. 4. Persuasion and planning skills. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
