Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers via live chat - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements: - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong people management skills to handle customer interactions effectively - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple concurrent chat sessions - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms - Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
