Job Description:
Becton Dickinson is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers. This is a work from home position, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling challenging customer interactions and diffusing escalated situations - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to effectively sell products or services - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace
