CH2M Hill is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and resourceful, with strong decision-making and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to online account holders, addressing any technical or account-related issues - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall user experience - Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management platforms
