Job Description - Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Account Support Assistant at CenterPoint Energy in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online account holders. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, have strong presentation and persuasion skills, and enjoy working in a creative and innovative environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to online account holders via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with any issues they may encounter while using their online accounts - Educate customers on the various features and benefits of their online accounts - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and functionality - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the online account support process - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on CenterPoint Energy's products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and online customer service tools - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong presentation and persuasion skills
