Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online account management.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online account holders through chat, email, and phone communication channels. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, order processing, and general inquiries. 3. Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in the online account system and propose creative solutions. 5. Conduct strategic planning to enhance the user experience and increase customer engagement on the platform. 6. Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and special offers to drive traffic to the online platform.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service and online account management. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers in a virtual environment. 3. Creativity and strategic planning skills to optimize the online account experience for customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus. 5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
