Job Description:
Terex is seeking a diligent and driven Online Account Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position offers entry-level opportunities for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our online account holders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, billing inquiries, and other account-related concerns. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Monitor account activity and identify any irregularities or potential fraud. 5. Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services to existing account holders. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and independent individual who can work efficiently with minimal supervision. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think strategically to resolve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred. 5. Previous experience in customer service or online account support is a plus. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
