Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a Part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online account support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to online account holders - Handling inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, or phone - Managing account information and updating customer profiles - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Previous experience in customer service or account support roles
