Job Description:
Epic Games is looking for a talented Online Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in account management within the online gaming industry. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance of online accounts for our users.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online account support for users, including troubleshooting account access issues and providing guidance on account security best practices. 2. Work closely with the technical support team to address any account-related technical issues that may arise. 3. Monitor user account activity to identify any suspicious behavior and take appropriate action to protect user accounts. 4. Provide ongoing training and support to customer service representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle account-related inquiries. 5. Analyze user account data to identify trends and patterns that may impact account management strategies. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing user engagement and retention through account management initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management to continuously improve our processes and services.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in online account management within the gaming industry. 2. Confident and passionate about providing exceptional support to users. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
