Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Mondelez International is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with at least 8 years of experience, this part-time role offers remote work flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment that encourages innovation.


Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and support - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients - Analyze data and metrics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to guide account strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or related roles - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
