Job Description:
Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a talented and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in online account management and customer support.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase online account engagement and retention - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online accounts - Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in online account management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Experience with CRM systems and online analytics tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
