Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Walmart in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in account management or customer support. This part-time role requires a strong understanding of online platforms and e-commerce, as well as excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online accounts for our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience - Provide support to customers regarding their online orders, payments, and account information - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing online sales and customer retention - Analyze online account data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the technical support team to address any customer issues or technical difficulties


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or customer support - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Attention to detail and strong persuasion skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
