Job Description:
Honeywell International is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Account Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who have questions or concerns regarding their online accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and general account maintenance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team. 4. Educate customers on how to use different features of their online accounts and troubleshoot basic technical problems. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in the online account support process.
