Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Assistant at Cognizant Technology Solutions in London, England, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support to customers who are experiencing difficulties with Cognizant's online services. 3. Assisting customers with account setups, password resets, and other account-related tasks. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude to effectively engage with customers. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 8. Continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead of industry trends and changes in technology.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills to build rapport with clients. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role. 7. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
