Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at Penske Automotive Group in London, England. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can showcase your leadership skills and make a significant impact on our online call center operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online call center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase call center efficiency and productivity 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to make data-driven decisions for improvement 4. Train and onboard new call center agents, providing ongoing support and coaching 5. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations


Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role 2. Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance targets 3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 6. Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
