Job Description:
UiPath is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the online call center, including monitoring call volume, scheduling agents, and ensuring high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Train and mentor call center agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service. 4. Analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Energetic and confident personality traits. 6. Attention to detail and the ability to cooperate with team members. 7. Proficiency in call center software and reporting tools. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
