Job Description:
C.H. Robinson Worldwide is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Call Center Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers inquiring about services, shipments, and general inquiries - Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers to meet their needs - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently - Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Innovative mindset with a desire to constantly improve processes and customer experience - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
