Job Description:

Yum Brands is currently seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a high level of energy and a willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner 2. Providing information about products and services offered by Yum Brands 3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner 4. Processing orders and recording customer details accurately 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Keeping detailed records of all interactions with customers

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 4. Proven ability to work well in a team 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills 6.
