Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Walmart is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Provide product recommendations and information to customers to enhance their shopping experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, supply chain, and marketing to address customer needs. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Adaptable to changing priorities and requirements. 6. Confidence in handling challenging customer situations. 7. Strong planning and organization skills. 8. Ability to effectively manage people and work in a team environment.
