Job Description:
Zimmer Biomet Holdings in London, England is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order tracking, and general customer service issues - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with online orders, payment processing, and website navigation - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize project management skills to track customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address any customer concerns or product issues - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
Requirements: - Must be a dedicated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and project management skills are essential for success in this role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be eligible to work in the UK
