Job Description - Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


EMCOR Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Assistant in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize chat support software to efficiently manage customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Proficiency in chat support software and Microsoft Office tools
