Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and order status. 2. Research and analyze customer needs to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. 3. Manage customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the company in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong research skills to quickly gather information and troubleshoot customer issues. 2. Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. 5. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
