The Priceline Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in our London office. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to users through online chat platforms. 2. Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously. 2. Strong teamwork skills and emotional intelligence to interact effectively with colleagues and customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
