Job Description:
Southern is seeking a dynamic and skilled Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate and efficient solutions. 3. Research product information to better assist customers with their queries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Adapt to changes in procedures or tools to improve overall efficiency. 7. Utilize soft skills such as research and cooperation to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software. 6. Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player. 7. Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
