As an Online Chat Support Officer at Mohawk Industries, located in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through the online chat platform. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for hardworking and passionate individuals who possess excellent project management and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through the online chat platform - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with other departments to gather information and provide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service and support
