Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Intel is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Online Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online chat users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide guidance and support to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable and able to work independently - Creative thinker with strong strategic planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
