Job Description:

Ford is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the Online Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Provide feedback to improve the online chat support process and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. 3. Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Proficient in using online chat platforms and CRM software.
