Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Baxalta is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience - Utilize creativity and project management skills to enhance customer support operations

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and resilient individual with a passion for helping customers - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Creativity and project management skills to drive improvements in customer support - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in online chat support tools and software
