Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and warranty information - Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and provide solutions - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Negotiation and presentation skills - High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a college degree
