Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at Tenneco in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Manage multiple chat conversations concurrently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs effectively - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Maintain a high level of energy and passion for providing exceptional customer service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate about customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Energetic and positive attitude - 4+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Proficient in using online chat software and CRM systems - Strong research skills to provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus
