Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: Anthem is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong persuasion and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and efficient responses - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers - Document all interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient and adaptable to changing customer needs and situations - Persuasion and presentation skills
