Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Tesla in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in online customer support. The Online Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively via online chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing online support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously stay updated on Tesla products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in online customer support - Energetic and confident personality - Strong analytical skills and project management experience - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat support software and tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours
