Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an energetic and motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries and feedback through online platforms such as email, social media, and live chat - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Assist with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to attract new clients - Monitor online reviews and ratings, and address any negative feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs - Track and analyze key performance indicators related to client relations and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
