Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


As an Online Client Relations Manager at Alcoa, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with all online clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and effective communication. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and growth. This position requires a high level of adaptability and passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with all online clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Ensure timely responses to client requests and feedback - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client engagement strategies - Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Provide clients with product or service information as needed - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues - Maintain accurate client records and update client profiles as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Provide clients with updates on new products or services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in planning and executing client engagement strategies - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
