Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager


Job Description:


Expedia is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and resilient, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with clients through online channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 4.
