Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding, based in London, England, UK, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, who is driven and motivated to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with online clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase online sales. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance the online client experience. 5. Lead negotiations with clients to secure new partnerships and contracts. 6. Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online client relations. 8.
