Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

GitLab is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.

As an Online Client Relations Officer, your responsibilities will include managing client communication through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell GitLab products and services.
