Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Domtar in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, handling billing inquiries, and providing product information - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
