Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in London, England. This role will involve managing client relationships through various online platforms and channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing support and guidance to clients through online communication channels - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Collecting and analyzing client feedback to improve service offerings - Utilizing innovative approaches to enhance the online client experience - Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
