Responsibilities: - Manage online client relations by responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction - Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist in resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and concerns - Help maintain and update client information in the database - Conduct research to identify client preferences and trends in the market - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention

Requirements: - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients - Excellent time management and planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks - Computer proficiency with knowledge of online communication tools and social media platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - training will be provided
