Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with clients through online platforms, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any customer concerns promptly - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Create reports and analysis on customer satisfaction metrics - Assist with customer acquisition and retention strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience with online customer service platforms is preferred
