As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to effectively assist our clients with their online inquiries and needs.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
