Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company based in London, England, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, confident, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


- Provide excellent customer service to clients through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Assist in developing and implementing online client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online client service


Requirements:


- No prior experience required, but a strong motivation to learn and excel in a client service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and empathize with clients - Strategic planning skills to help identify and address client needs proactively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment - Must be confident in handling client inquiries and providing solutions - Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
