Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Texas Instruments is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely information updates. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients. 4. Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 6. Assist with processing client orders and returns. 7. Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly. 8. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services. 9. Assist with special projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 4. Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
