Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience in client service or a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients - Handle confidential client information with care and professionalism

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset with the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision - Strong negotiation and planning skills to effectively manage client relationships and meet sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems - A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred - Knowledge of the healthcare industry or laboratory services is a plus
