Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Deeper Insights is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level role, this position offers the opportunity to gain experience in the field of client service and online communications. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, reliable, creative, and cooperative, with a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter. 3. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure clients' needs are met. 4. Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools. 5. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
