Job Description - Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:


Toys "R" Us is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online clients while representing the Toys "R" Us brand. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Process online orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery. 4. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the online shopping experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the online client experience.
