Job Description:
CBS is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent online customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with account management, online transactions, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Contribute to the improvement of online client service processes and procedures - Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the company - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients
Requirements: - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM systems - Demonstrated leadership abilities and a cooperative attitude - Reliable and driven to provide excellent customer service - Experience in a client-facing role preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
